It also broke into the inner perimeter of the institutions and became one of the most widely used internal tools of communication. We asked the next question to know if this use has a positive impact or no: "Has communication and information technology contributed to improving the internal communication of enterprises?" To answer the forms at hand, we have conducted an application study in the General Directorate of Gas and Electricity Distribution of the city of Ghardaia, of the SONELGAZ Company, on the theme, "The impact of ICT on internal communication."
