    Try to optimize the order preparation process for a logistics provider Study case: Logistics platform NUMILOG-BOUIRA

    Order preparation is a crucial part of warehouse logistics and is considered a time and resource-consuming step. Order preparation can be a competitive advantage for many companies, and it is the process that expresses the performance level of the logistics platform since 60% of operational costs in warehouses are attributed to this crucial process. In this dissertation, we aim to optimize this process to better meet the company’s objectives and meet the requirements of customers who trust NUMILOG. For this we opted for a quantitative approach using a method of estimation of the means and confidence intervals with the software SPSS but also the reorganization of the warehouse with the method ABC which minimizes the picking paths.
