    The impact of COVID-19 crisis on the distribution logistics performance CASE STUDY: NAFTAL (O.E.B district)

    The wild spread of the COVID-19 pandemic crippled the world and exposed the critical importance of logistics, significantly reduced business activity around the world, and led to the cancellation of several projects. Distribution logistics, as an essential part of logistics, has also failed to stay outside the borders of the pandemic crisis. The impact of the pandemic on the performance of the distribution logistics during Corona virus is the subject of consideration in this research work. Despite, the negative impacts of COVID‐19 pandemic still have a positive side, for example, organizations will know how supply chain structures and processes can be adjusted in case another pandemic shows up.
