Abstract
the process of spreading the culture of social responsibility need to be planted in each worker in
the organization, and the worker will not be convinced of the importance of the practice of social
responsibility programs of the organization and his contribution only if he has a sufficient share of this
responsibility and sensed its importance in his career and then its importance in the community, the
environment and the interest of the owners as a whole.
on the grounds that human resources are a part of the stakeholders who are affected by their
organization and affect them, so the organization is responsible of the behavior towards them, this
responsibility does not stop at the borders of administrative regulations and legislation, rather than to
the many multi-dimensional moral things.
The relationship between the concept of social responsibility of the institution and the
performance of human resources in the organization, can appear in the first comparative look i.e no
connection between them; so that the social responsibility of the institution is concerned by the
environment and the community, while the concept of performance targets to achieve a balance
between available resources and the results obtained, but both concepts can subject to the same
indicators and the same standards in the context of sustainable development.
On the other hand, the importance of this issue appears to identify in practice on major
international companies experiences that feature in the development and application of distinct
activities to exercise social responsibility towards human resources, and through it we offer a set of
ideas and socially responsible practices towards human resource to be helpful to organizations to
develop more effective and memorable similar programs.
Through our study we are trying to present the results of the study of a random sample amount at
institution Lafarge Algeria held its objective to highlight the various practices of social responsibility,
which aims to achieve the best human resource performance.
