Abstract
Tourism sector is considered as the most complex in terms of demand and supply
previsions and in order to attract its consumers the company finds sustainable solution as a
context for the fierce market from where Ecotourism took a central place.
However; in today’s connected world, the traditional practices of supply chain
management are far from being sufficient to the consumer behaviour and as digitalization
became a reality that the society is capturing and the economy is digitizing, for this main
reason; the touristic product joined the game of the supply chain digitization for the value
creation to attain the most accurate performance required for nowadays demands and
perspective.
Tour operators with their importance and significance for both the consumer and the
supplier as a centralized stakeholder took advantage of both tools “digitization of supply
chains” and “Ecotourism” to turn their function into a highly agile and intelligent business.
