Abstract
The world continues to grow, so does the globalization, both of national and
international markets are getting wider with the continual emergence of new companies; as a
result competition gets intense.
In order to maintain its leader position, companies must have a competitive
advantage that let customers choose to purchase their products or services rather than the
other companies offer.
So as to remain competitive and fulfill customers needs at the same time; companies
start to work on their quality policy; because lately, customers became aware of this attribute
and give it a major priority.
Quality management system is the ultimate tool for businesses to assure high level of
quality, and certifying it became primordial, since clients are attracted to every product with
the ISO 9001 label on its cover; due to the universal norms that ISO 9001:2015 series of
standards requires.
Being a customer oriented company, the performance of this latter improves
continuously since the main priority is satisfying the clients; their number will increase so as
the market share enhancing by that the performance of the commercial performance
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of I SO 9001 version 2015
certification on Elsewedy cables Algeria commercial performance
