Abstract
Working environment and continuous learning have a huge impact on organizational
performance, organizations must create a work environment where employees enjoy what
they do, feel like they have a purpose, have pride in what they do, and can reach their full
potentials and skills.
The study aims to assess the impact of working environment on employees’ performance
at THE INSTITUTION OF TRAINING IN ELECTRICITY AND GAZ OF SONALGAZ in order
to optimize organizational performances.
