This study focuses on examining the impact of supply chain integration on commercial performance, with a goal of improving customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall efficiency to drive profitability and achieve long-term success. By analyzing the key elements of supply chain integration, including supplier integration, internal integration, and customer integration, as well as best practices and associated challenges, the study demonstrates how careful planning and collaboration among all supply chain partners are essential for successful implementation. Drawing on existing literature on supply chain management and integration, the findings underscore the importance of leveraging integration to gain a greater market share and meet evolving customer demands.
