| dc.description.abstract | As part of the technological advancements we witness today, digitalization has been widely adopted in companies worldwide, particularly after the pandemic of COVID-19. Companies are actively trying to catch up in the digital revolution by implementing strategies and initiatives that facilitate the implementation of digitalization and the use of its tools to face challenges and constraints. This can influence the commercial performance of organizations. In the theoretical part of this study, we will define digitalization and some related concepts: its tools, its benefits, its process, its characteristics...etc; make the adjustment to the context of our country, then discuss the key performance indicators of commercial performance, and how digitalization contributes to determine their value. To confirm or refute the hypotheses and finally answer the main question of this research, we will rely on the theoretical foundations to analyse the concrete results obtained in the practical part concerning the positive impact and the challenges of digitalization and suggest recommendations at the end. | |
